Kristin Landen Davis Bio
Kristin Landen Davis is an acclaimed American actress. She first began dreaming about becoming an actress at nine and got an opportunity to work in an acting workshop for the film 'Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs'. To take a step forward in her quest to realize her dream she earned an BFA degree in Acting from Rutgers University's "Mason Gross School of the Arts'. Her acting career began with a part on the daily soapcalled "General Hospital as well as an appearance to appear in the television series Melrose Place accelerated her career in acting. Her success was huge for her character Charlotte York Goldenblatt on HBO's 'Sex and the City'. Her selection of film roles have been disappointing. Films that have been criticized by critics include "Sour Grapes" and Deck of Halls' as along with 'Couple Reunion and The Adventures of Sharkboy Lavagirl, and Lavagirl 3D'. However, some of these films were box office success stories. The actress who is graceful is active in charitable foundations. She has also been concerned about the issues related to women. She has volunteered for organisations that help animals because of her love for elephants as well as animals in general. Davis was born in Boulder Colorado. Her parents divorced when she was very young. Then, Keith Davis, a University of Colorado Boulder professor adopted her. When Kristin was a kid, her family shifted to Columbia, South Carolina, where she went to 'A.C. Flora High School was her graduation year. In search of an acting career since the age of nine, she moved to New Jersey and earned a BFA degree in Acting from 'Mason Gross School of the Arts' Rutgers University, in 1987.
