Anna Chlumsky
Actress who first gained recognition as a child actor, as Vada Sultenfuss in the 1991 film My Girl and its 1994 sequel, My Girl 2. The actress began her portrayal in the role of Amy Brookheimer in the HBO series Veep in 2012. Her Primetime Emmy Award nominations in 2013 and 2014 for Outstanding Supporting Actress In Comedy Series were for this role. Many people still recall the young Chlumsky as Vada Margaret Sultenfuss in the cult 1992 film My Girl. After numerous other roles as a youngster, Chlumsky took time off from acting to study international relations at the University of Chicago. After graduation, she moved to New York and worked in publishing. Chlumsky then came back to acting and continued her studies at Atlantic Acting School in New York. She was offered guest roles in the roles of Liz Lemler on 30 Rock, Josie on Cupid and Melissa on White Collar. In addition to her roles on Veep, she also recurred as a torture survivors Miriam Lass on NBC's dark drama Hannibal.
